It was devised around William Moulton Marston’s model of behaviour in 1928 and is the oldest, most validated assessment tool used by over 50 million individuals and corporations worldwide, to improve work productivity, teamwork, communication and interpersonal relationships.

DISC can be eye opening and transformative. Rachael is a certified and experienced DISC coach and uses DISC in many of her coaching sessions.
