How do I amend a booking?
You can amend a booking by using the Calendly Scheduling System. Or, you can email directly – email@example.com . Or text 07770 679 730. This must be done 24 hours in advance of a scheduled individual session and 48 hours in advance of a group coaching session.
We will always try to be flexible and reschedule your coaching session (s). If the Client is unable to make the session and fails to notify the Coach within the required timeframe, the Coach reserves the right to invoice the Client for any missed meeting (s).
The Coach understands that sometimes things can come up at the last minute. In such a situation the Coach will attempt, in good faith, to reschedule the missed meeting (s) and will exercise some discretion, regarding enforcing the cancellation policy.
Can I pay online?
What payments do you take?
You can pay via PayPal or you can pay via BACS and make an online bank transfer. All payments are in pounds sterling GBP.
